When using our high quality black seed oil products, we recommend 0.5 to 1 teaspoon twice daily for adults. If you’re taking black seed oil for the first time, take the smaller dosage with food and increase it over the course of a few days. Never exceed the recommended dose.

This product is good for your overall health. This company is the only one that i know of who manufactures their product.It is worth every penny spent on it. You should look into it,it's better than taking most of the medicines your doctor prescribes.
