Return Policy

In unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, or have received the wrong merchandise, please contact or customer service department as soon as possible to determine the best method for replacement of your product.

For Product Damaged during shipping:  You must immediately contact the carrier to file a damaged merchandise claim within 3 days of receipt. You must have original box available for their inspection. AmazingHerbs.com must be notified by you regarding this claim.

Returns: Email us at info@amazingherbs.com for authorization to return. Please note: we will not accept any returns without authorization. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will apply for unopened merchandise. Opened merchandise will be credited at 50% of the purchase price. Freight charges are excluded from refunds. *Please note: Due to health and hygiene issues, the following items may not be returned or exchanged: Black Seed Oil, Black Seed body care ie. shampoo, skin cream, etc.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship orders that are received weekdays by 3:00pm (EST) to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air service is available on orders received by 3:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday. (Pending product availability). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipping Policy

Please note: Customer is responsible for own Custom, Duties, Clearance and Brokerage Charges. International customers should order at your own risk. AmazingHerbs.com is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Some countries restrict the import of certain herbal products, so please check with your local post office before ordering.
